Lionel Russell: curator of the Getty collection, elitist snob with loose lips
Archie Russell: Lionel's bad seed brother, cunning ex-con, the ring-leader among his fellow miscreants
Simon Radcliff: Monet expert, very knowledgeable and passionate about the art world
Verna Langston: proper society matriarch and renowned hostess
Lt. Ted Blair: brash cop handling the case, not too bright, a bit of a bully, very loud
Announcer: takes the job very seriously, adds to the drama & suspense
Stewart Heaton: wealthy philanthropist framed for art theft
Ernie: one of Archie's lackeys, also a stoolie
Chief Daryl Simmons: chief of police, smart, efficient, sees the big picture
